Nasdem and Nasrep Register as a Political Party

Jakarta - The National Democrats (Nasdem) leadership and the Republican National Surya Paloh (Nasrep) known as Tommy Suharto officially register their vehicles themselves into political parties. Both are enrolled at Kemenkumhan today.

"It's been three parties to register. The three parties were the National Democrats, National Republicans, and the Party of National Unity," said Director of the State Human Rights Kemenkum, Asyari Syihabuddin, told reporters on Monday (4/25/2011).

Kemenkum parties have requested that Nasrep Nasdem and immediately asked to complete his file. Later Kemenkum immediately verify the parties.

"The process they must complete the requirement in accordance with Law no later than August 22, 2011. They will follow the verification stage of political party August 2011 later," he said.

Late registration of new parties which is dated August 22, 2011. The process of verification of political parties participating in election 2014 will be held on the next two days.

Legal status given to political parties if it meets the requirements of the management in 60 percent of the province. Besides the party should have half the stewardship of the district / city in the province, and a quarter of the management sub-district level in the district / city.
