Six Companies Ready for Non-IPO Going Public


Jakarta: Three companies are ready to become the new issuers in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), which is engaged in retail distribution, trading and mining. Total emissions of the initial public offering or (IPO) all three reached Rp1, 5 trillion.

Six non-IPO issuer company is ready to turn into the open in the rest of the year 2011, is PT Atlas Resources, PT ABM Investama, PT Eraya Self-Sufficiency, PT Visi Media Asia, PT Golden Mines Energy, and PT Toba Bara Sejahtera.

Five issuers who were processing permit issuance, PT Bank Association brothers Tbk, PT CIMB Niaga Tbk PT Adira Mutifinance, BII, and PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk. (Riz)
