Jakarta - Polri menduga massa yang melakukan kerusuhan di Temanggung banyak yang berasal dari luar kota. Hal itu disampaikan Kapolri Jenderal Pol Timur Pradopo.

"Jadi ada beberapa informasi yang ditindaklanjuti memang bukan hanya saja masyarakat Temanggung. Tetap termasuk lingkungan geografis jawa tengah," kata Timur kepada wartawan di Mabes Polri, Jl Trunojoyo, Jaksel, Selasa (8/2/2011).

Timur enggan menyebutkan dari daerah mana saja massa berasal. Namun, Polri sudah memberikan perhatian pengamanan terhadap Temanggung agar hal tersebut tidak terulang.

"Sehingga hal ini menjadi perhatian dari masyarakat pada titik-titik yang menjadi permasalahan khususnya Temanggung juga sudah bagian dari pengamanan," jelas Timur.

Sejauh ini, kata Timur, satu orang tersangka telah ditangkap. Saat ini tersangka kerusuhan masih diperiksa intensif oleh kepolisian.

Hanya saja Timur belum bisa memastikan apakah ada kelompok tertentu yang ikut dalam kerusuhan tersebut.

"Kita belum urai sampai ke sana (ormas tertentu), yang jelas dia bukan dari Temanggung," tandasnya.
